Tonya Flores
Tonya Flores started her career as a licensed insurance producer working for independent agencies writing both personal and commercial lines of business until she found her love of fashion.
Tonya moved on to work for a chain of western and rustic clothing and home furnishings stores for 13 years. Flying all over the country buying unique items for the stores sparked such a passion in her that she opened a very fashion forward boutique in her hometown of Granbury TX.
One of her biggest accomplishments has been growing her start up boutique to become one of the most successful clothing stores in Granbury. The store generated an unbelievable amount of revenue for such a small town. It marketed to tourists as well as locals, bringing in year-round patrons.
Tonya enjoyed the marketing side of the business so much she decided to explore other avenues such as radio, print, and website development. This led her to live event planning which incorporated all the marketing tools she had learned operating the boutique. Applying her unique marketing style to everything from live concerts to store grand openings.
She then met the love of her life and decided to slow things down a bit. Going back to her roots, she traded fast past adventures for the insurance business again. This time, trying her hand at claims adjusting as well as working as licensed sales producer.
She was recruited into Fulcrum as Operations Manager in 2021
to take advantage of her wealth of knowledge and 30 years of business experience.
